Winter Concert - Thursday December 7, 2023
- The format will be the exact same as last year with grade groups performing at set times in the gym over the course of the evening.
- Due to the fire restrictions in our gymnasium, we are spacing out the performances by grade. Each grade will be given a call time. This will be communicated through your child’s classroom teacher next Friday.
- Each grade will be given a call time between 6:00pm and 7:20 pm. Please ensure that your child is at the school by their call time so they do not miss their performance. Once they are dropped off at their meeting space with their teachers, parents will be able to line-up outside the gym.
- Following each grade performance, we will ask all parents/guardians to exit the gym so that the next group of families can come in. There will also be artwork in the SkySpace lobby on display for the evening.
- Parents/ guardians are welcome to leave with their child(ren) after their child(ren) have finished performing.
- We will be accepting donations of food for the Food Bank. Our Grade 2 students will be going from class to class to share this initiative.
Winter Concert Parking
Given the large number of families coming and the limited space
We are encouraging families to walk to school that evening if they can.
There will be no available parking in the staff parking lot, as we are all hands-on deck for the evening.
In the event that you need to drive, we recommend making use of the Marshall Springs Parking Lot at Fish Creek Park, just next door to the condos. It will provide you with easy access to and from the school and is just a short walk away from the front doors.
