Outstanding Offsite Activity Fees
A reminder to parents that offsite fees (field trip fees) are posted MyCBE accounts. Right now, we only have about 60% of those fees paid. As we have already paid the vendors from our school account it is important that we recover these fees before the end of June. Outstanding fees limit our ability to book trips for the upcoming year.
Traffic Concerns and Action items.
We d inquire this week about the Pedestrian Sign from our crosswalk being installed again and we just might see one again before the end of the school year. We also spoke to the CBE transportation team about some of the concerns we are facing and connected with Paul Bushell, Traffic and Safety Director for Calgary Evergreen Community Association.
Paul has asked us to let families know the Community Association is currently conducting a traffic survey in Evergreen.
- Give your feedback about traffic regarding traffic safety in Evergreen
- Let your voice be heard about safety concerns
- Go to the website, www.myceca.ca. The survey closes at the end of June, and then we will be able to look at the results to see if any changes need to be made in the future.
Kindergarten Registration
We have been very busy with Kindergarten Intake meetings and getting ready for our Kindergarten Orientation. These meetings help us to get to know new students coming to us in September. If you have a child coming to kindergarten and have not registered, please do so by June 10, 2024.
