The CBE Dates of Significance Events Calendar
Dear Families,
Thank you to all the families who were able to come to our Winter Solstice Concert and Art Show. What a beautiful display of talent connecting our vision and fine arts!
We are so proud of the students for the ways they used mixed media and the fine arts to represent the Tsuut'ina Calendar. Our evening, called "Walking Through the Seasons" celebrated your children, Indigenous Ways of Knowing, our connection to the land and the way we action our commitment Truth and Reconciliation.
Thank you to the staff who worked to create such a special evening and a special thank you to Ms. Forwald for her talent in working with all students! The students all rose to the occasion with beautiful performances that pulled at our heartstrings!
We are still collecting for the Tsuut’ina Food Bank until Wednesday
Thank you for the donations for the Tsuut’ina Food Bank. We will be collecting until Wednesday if you still want to send items in. What a gift it was this year to partner with Friends of Fish Creek, we are so fortunate to be working alongside them with programming and in giving back!

Survey for the Selection of a New Principal
Mr. Kenny Yeung, Education Director - Area 6, has provided a link to a survey for parents and staff on Friday to gather input about the selection of a principal in the new year. All responses are anonymous and can only be viewed by Education Director, Kenny Yeung. He has asked that you take 3 – 5 minutes to do the survey as it is important that your voice is included. The survey closes on Friday, December 20. Here is another link to the survey - Principal Survey - DFM
Wishing you good health and happiness and a safe winter break. See you January 6, 2025.
