We’ve grown and we have 4 buses now!

Our school enrolment has grown from 250 students when we first opened to over 500 students at the end of February.  We expect another 40 students in the fall, so we really need parents to fill in the online form if you are staying at Dr. Freda Miller by March 15.

With our enrolment growth, CBE has added a bus to support student transportation. (Bus D) Please note there is NO STOPPING OR PARKING IN THE BUS ZONE.

Inline Skating is a Blast!

Students are having a great time with the Alien Inline skating program. Thank you to the grade 5 student leaders for their help with the equipment.

Thank you again, to our School Enrichment Society for paying for the entire cost of this enrichment activity which works out to about $14/child.

Skip The Depot

Do you have bottles, cans and other recyclables taking up space in your garage?  Did you know Skip the Depot will come and pick up from your house?  In turn, your recycling donation will support and enhance student learning at Dr. Freda Miller School.  Click here to go to the link to schedule a pickup.

Thank you for your support of the latest school fundraiser that just closed for Coco Brooks. Fundraisers last year supported the purchase of Lego, Keva Blocks, Inline Skating, and curriculum enhancement materials such as the new document cameras.  The Spring Plant Sale will coincide with Mother’s Day. Stay tuned!

Enjoy the warmer weather!
