Dear Dr. Freda Miller Families,

Thank you to the parents who came to our School Council and Enrichment Society meeting on Thursday, as well as our grade 2 parents who came to our Pink Shirt Day Assembly on Friday. It matters, and it makes us stronger when we are a collaborative community.

Our next School Council and Enrichment Society meeting is April 9^th. We welcome all parents to attend.

And a friendly reminder there is no school on Friday, February 27th. It is a professional learning day for staff. 

Casino – April 1 & 2

Please save the date for our next casino. We have many positions to fill, and it is a critical fundraiser that supports our entire school in so many important ways. A sign-up genius will be sent home soon.

Report Cards

Conferences

Our next set of parent/teacher/student conferences are Friday, March 20^th from 8 am to 4 pm. We will do a blend of in-person and online conferences. In the upcoming weeks, we will send home information for signing up.

Scholastic Book Fair – Coming March 20th

Dr. Freda Miller School will be hosting the Scholastic Book Fair during Parent –Teacher Conferences on March 20. Students will have an opportunity to preview the book fair with their class on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.  It will be open for purchase on Friday during parent conferences.
